Primary Accountabilities
  • Presents menu to customer/s, suggestive sells food or beverage selections, and answers questions regarding preparation and service.
  •  Takes order from customer/s for food or beverage, writing order down, repeating order back to customer/s.
  • Enters order into computer/POS. Serves beverage, appetizers/salads, meal and desserts to customer/s.
  • Observes customer/s and makes a minimum of two follow-up visits to respond to the table. Pre-bus table as required.
  • Obtains and replenishes items as required or requested.
  • Present Guest Check to Customer/s.
  •  Accepts payment and returns change to customer.
  • Thanks customer for coming.

Main interfaces

Customers, Casher, Ass. Cutter, Ass. Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Manager Customer
  • Cleans and arranges assigned station, including side stands, chairs, condiment holders, silverware, glassware napkins and placemats.
  • Maintains company hygiene and grooming standards.

Education


High school diploma; or two year related experience and/or training; or equivalent

combination of education and Experience


Experience


Must have experience in the similar position for 1 year and has held steady tenure with a reputable organization, preferably fast-food chain.


Specialized knowledge/others


Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in customer service situations.

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in customer service situations.
